Step 3: Building the website

What it involves

• Preparation: we work with you to bring together the text and images for the site and plan each page in detail using 'SitePlanner'.
• Programming: our production team programs the site using a variety of internet software languages.
• Quality control: we carry out a full quality control check including all aspects of usability, accessibility and search engine optimisation.
• Preview: we show you the site on a password-controlled preview server and make any changes you ask for.
• Site goes 'live': once you have approved the site, it will go 'live' on the internet. We will register (or re-register) your site with the leading search engines (such as Google) and we will carry out another quality-control check on the site's search engine optimisation.
